Sometimes after Christmas and all its indulgences it can be hard to get in the romantic mood for Valentine’s Day especially if you feel that you are still carrying a few extra pounds…The shops are already filling with chocolate not just for Valentines but for Easter too. So why not look at some foods that are both healthy and can act as an aphrodisiac – some of them might surprise you, it’s not all about Oysters!
Red Wine – according to the University of Florence, women who drank moderate amounts of red wine had higher levels of sexual desire than those that preferred alternative alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
