General

All services offered by Psychic Sight Ltd are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission to make the call.

All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded which is a requirement of PhonepayPlus in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Whilst Psychic Sight believes all readers to be the best available, they are self employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Psychic Sight does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to the accuracy of content - given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Psychic Sight will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.53 per minute from a BT line; call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.

Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute from Eircom landlines, other networks may cost more, Service Provider Eircom UK, Calls are recorded and for entertainment, 18+ only, Customer care number +353 190 14576. [Eire calls Psychic readings only].

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

We charge £32.95 (approx. US$50) for the first 20 minutes and £1.50 (approx. US$2.50) per minute thereafter up to a maximum of 90 minutes.

All charges are made in Sterling (GBP).

Complaints

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 01133 847010 (+44 1133 847010 from outside the UK) or write to Psychic Sight Ltd, PO Box 435, Sittingbourne, ME9 0WB. In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays).

Credit Card Reading Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Psychic Sight Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Smart-Pay Readings

The full operating terms of our Smart-Pay service can be found on the following page. Please read the information in full before setting up an account to use the service. Maximum call cost for this service is £1.50 per minute. Psychic Sight retains the right to cancel or suspend a Smart-Pay account if abuse of the service or fraud is found to be happening.

Text Services (UK)

The text services we provide via your mobile/cellular phone are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. As the client you will pay your operators normal charge to send a text to us and then you will be charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. The charge for our Text Service is £1.50 per message received (you may need between one and three replies to get your question answered fully). Customer Care: 01133 847010.

If a UK phone is being used outside of the UK on a "roaming" basis additional costs to the operators' standard text charges and the premium rate charges may apply.

The Text services are only available from mobile/cellular phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short-code (84184) per calendar day.

The Text services are only available to those aged 18 and over.

Use of Data

Psychic Sight Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages). We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. PhonepayPlus or REGTEL.

Barring of Access

Psychic Sight Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Psychic Sight Ltd or any of its associated companies.

Legal Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court.
